SMILE! SMILE! SMILE! SMILE! SMILE!
The 2007 STONES & ROSES - A Day for Women was a great day!!!
A room full of 85 women interacting, laughing and dancing was a sight to behold.
I think we shook up the golfers somewhat.

Oil Drizzled Pizza
When we were in Stoney Creek a few weeks ago, we were treated to this little
appetizer at Jim & Barb's house...

Frozen pizza... the no-name deluxe kind... cooked as per directions on the box...
drizzled with this oil that Jim created a few days prior:
These are Jim's words about how to create the infused olive
oil:
2 cups of virgin olive oil (tried 10W30 and not so good)
3 -4 cloves of garlic chopped
dried rosemary, crumbled - a tsp or so
red pepper flakes...how hot do you like it??
It's best infused for a few days. When it's done add the dregs to a spaghetti
sauce...mmmm
I don't think there was anything else, but I normally look in the spice drawer
and say "maybe I'll try this".
Thanks, Jim & Barb.
Here's to drummin' and dancin' and laughin' and good pizza!
