Bring anything you need to journey with, e.g. drum and/or rattle,
pen and journal, scarf for eyes, water, yoga mat, blanket or sleeping
bag.
This is a circle for ages 16+ who do shamanic journeywork. You
need to be acquainted with your power animal(s) and/or Teacher(s)
in human form. If you know anyone who is interested but does not
yet practice journeying, have them contact us for training prior
to coming to circle. They may also learn to journey at home through
the following books:
