Bring your comfy blankets, soft pillow, cushy floor pad and experience
sonic bliss while ambient music is played over and around you for 90
minutes. This event is open to all.

YOGA
This gentle class will energize the body, quiet the mind and replenish
the soul. Come dressed in comfortable pants and top or your yoga gear.
Bring your yoga mat and props (some mats will be available).

Take part in a variety of writing activities designed to get you
thinking in circles.

DRUMMING
CIRCLE Drum, clap along, dance if you wish, anything goes as we all make music together. Bring your own drum if you have one. There will be drums and shakers available.
